No offline RSS Feed Readers available on NET !!!

Its been days and I’ve been searching around for an offline RSS reader. Read many reviews, blogs but just can’t seem to find one. Why the hell do software developers expect us to be always online?

I’m sure there are many people like me who work in offices with good internet connections and want to download RSS feeds there and leisurely read them at their offline PC home.

Google Reader seems to have come up with ‘Google Gears’ to enable offline reading, but I guess thats meant to be read on the same computer and not to be carried off on pen-drives !

Any Guys/Gals have met up with a suitable offline reader??

  1. whats the use of these feeds?

  2. Actually, earlier even I was wondering what is the use of feeds. After going through some of them, i realized that it is a good way to get news and information from all the net in one place without jumping from one site to another and wasting precious bandwidth. Just scroll through the news feeds and read only those which attracts you.
